The Role

Reporting directly to the Founder, you will play a key role in coordinating DOLLA's day-to-day operations.

Working closely with in-house teams and external agencies across Sales, Production and PR, you will support multiple facets of the brand and help drive its growth.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce & Direct-to-Consumer

• Welcome and assist clients in our Parisian showroom
• Maintain showroom organization, merchandising and overall presentation to ensure the showroom reflects DOLLA's visual identity at all times
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through relationship-building and personalized outreach
• Support the online store's back office
• Create and update product listings, barcodes and SKUs
• Manage e-merchandising and online visuals
• Prepare and ship web orders
• Manage stock
• Manage packaging and labelling

Marketing

• Assist the Sales team during sales showrooms throughout Fashion Week
• Plan and build newsletters on Klaviyo with support from the team
• Handle sample requests from press and stylists
• Coordinate sample shipments and returns
• Work on gifting campaigns

Other

• Assist the Creative team during shootings and events such as pop-ups, brand activations and store corners

About You

Student or recent graduate in digital marketing, communications, e-commerce, or a related field, looking for a 6-month internship. 

Strong interest in fashion and entrepreneurship.

Excited to work for a young brand with a small team, in direct contact with the founder.

Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.

Organized, reliable, and proactive, with a strong attention to detail and an eye for fashion.

Nice to have: Comfortable with Shopify and Photoshop.

Creative profile with some graphic design knowledge — feel free to attach your portfolio.
