The Role

Reporting directly to the Founder, you will play a key role in coordinating DOLLA's production, wholesale and e-commerce operations.

Working closely with the Design team, suppliers, logistics partners and external agencies, you will help ensure every collection moves seamlessly from development through to production, delivery and online launch. This is a hands-on role within a growing business, offering exposure across multiple areas of the brand and the opportunity to grow alongside it.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce & Direct-to-Consumer

• Coordinate the day-to-day management of the Shopify website, ensuring product information, imagery, pricing and inventory are accurate and up to date.
• Upload new products and collections, supporting seasonal launches and online merchandising.
• Coordinate customer order fulfilment and inventory synchronisation across all sales channels.
• Assist with maintaining the website content calendar, homepage updates and landing pages.
• Monitor website performance, customer behaviour and sales trends, identifying opportunities to improve conversion and the overall customer experience.
• Support the execution of CRM, email marketing, SEO and digital marketing initiatives alongside the Marketing team.
• Prepare monthly reports covering sales performance, website analytics and key business insights.
• Coordinate customer service enquiries across all direct-to-consumer channels, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Welcome clients to the Paris Showroom during the summer months.

Product Development & Production

• Coordinate the production critical path across all collections.
• Liaise daily with suppliers and manufacturers to monitor sampling, production timelines and deliveries.
• Coordinate purchase orders, production updates and delivery schedules.
• Support the Design team throughout the product development process, ensuring samples, approvals and production information are accurately tracked and communicated.
• Assist with quality control, packaging and labelling requirements.
• Maintain accurate production documentation, product information and delivery calendars.

Operations & Wholesale

• Coordinate wholesale orders from confirmation through to delivery.
• Liaise with warehouses, logistics partners and freight forwarders to ensure smooth and timely order fulfilment.
• Monitor inventory across wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels.
• Prepare shipping documentation and maintain accurate operational records.
• Coordinate customer service relating to wholesale orders and deliveries.
• Support the continuous improvement of operational processes as the business grows.

About You

• Previous experience in an operations, production or e-commerce role within a premium, contemporary or luxury fashion brand.
• Strong working knowledge of Shopify and Zedonk.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with suppliers, manufacturers and external partners.
• Commercially minded with an interest in operations, product and digital commerce.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Fluent in English and French.
