If you place an order for an item available on pre order, the product will be shipped as soon as it's available.
Our regular shipping policy does not apply to this category.
DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
DOLLA currently offer domestic and international shipping. Additional duties and taxes may occur depending on the region you would like to receive your items.
All domestic orders will be processed via Colissimo or Chronopost within 2-3 business days. All international orders will be processed via DHL Express or Chronopost within 2-3 business days.
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over 300€ and all international orders over 400€.
As soon as your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation will be emailed to you. In the email, we provide you with a tracking number. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items within 14 days of the original purchase date for a refund or an exchange.
Shipping and handling for a return or exchange are at the cost of the customer.
All items must be returned in the original condition and packaging they were sent with the tags and hygienic liners attached.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way.
